a. Return Eligibility

Customers may return fiber optic cables under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The cable is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Custom-cut, custom-ordered, or special-length cables are non-returnable unless defective.

b. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must:

  • Contact Customer Support – Submit a return request via email/phone with the order number and reason for return.
  • Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number – Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
  • Ship the Product – The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped in error.

c. Refund & Restocking Fee

  • Full refund (excluding shipping fees) will be provided for eligible returns.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected.

d. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If a cable is defective or incorrect, customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund upon verification.

e. Warranty Claims

  • Fiber optic cables are covered under our 1-year limited warranty for defects in materials or workmanship.
